Convo helps users improve their social skills by simulating AI conversations and providing scores and feedback on their responses.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Convo. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing displayed in the app. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

• You must create an account to use Convo.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Convo offers subscriptions with premium features.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. User Conduct

By using Convo, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Interfere with the App’s functionality or security.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all intellectual property rights in Convo, including but not limited to software, algorithms, and AI-generated responses.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Convo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
